The remuneration for all positions shall be determined by the Human Resources Department, taking into account the job position, experience, skills, and other pertinent factors.
The process of interviewing varies depending on the nature of the job. Our organization follows a three-step procedure in conducting interviews for the potential candidates. Firstly, there will be a level 1 screening to determine the eligibility of the candidate. The shortlisted candidates will then be forwarded to the second round where they will have the opportunity to engage with the respective managers. After the successful completion of this round, the profiles of the candidates will be sent to the HR team for negotiation pertaining to their salary and other necessary documentation. Upon completion of these procedures, an offer will be released to the successful candidate.
